Words can't really describe. It's butterscotch.

Pros: It's good paced. The bass sounds cool. The leads sound cool. The drums work perfectly.

Cons: The bass line is in E minor, and the lead pad is in D Major. I only got about 30 seconds in before I just wasn't able to listen to the rest. Maybe put the bass line on the B note instead of the E note, that may work better.

Mudstep responds:

The bassline is in D Major too. It goes 8 eighth notes on B, 4 eighth notes on C, and 4 eighth notes on A. Thanks anyways.

Innovative as always, dude. Your stuff never gets old, and never feels repetitive.

Btw, that documentary video is still in the works it'll be out maybe in the next 3 weeks.

Waterflame responds:

Thats good to hear, thank you! And awesome, looking forward to it!

As usual, sounds great man. Never gets old. I have question though, do you use the MT Power Drum Kit for drums? Just asking because I hear it, and I use it occasionally too.

Shiverwar responds:

Yes, I do. I keep forgetting the name of that VST. It's the only one I have that sounds the best. I can't afford to get any better ones right now, but it sounds good enough for me to use it without much backlash, so I'm fine with it. Thank you for your review, man! I've got another Sonic mix in the works, too!

Lemons, oh lemons. You've got a nice track on the surface.

Minor complaints: I can kinda hear FL Keys (maybe you don't use it), but that's okay, I used it for a while, however, a great alternative piano synths is the '4front piano module'. The track itself for house is possibly tropical, which is probably what you were going for, but it just doesn't feel like house to me. Everyone else mentions the bass being a little low, and I agree.

Praise: the key is really nice, I like it a lot. The melody is fantastic. The synths are really cool. You have a fantastic sense of harmony, and I think that you will go very far.

Keep it up Lemons :) 4/5

Lemons responds:

Thanks :) I'm actually using nexus for piano, I used to always use fl keys but they were so mainstream and average lol

I like it, but as a musician myself, I need to say some things.

Pros: It's great. I like the synths. You capture Colbreakz in this. The bass in the drop sounds really cool. Using audio clips from GD and GD players was a really cool idea.

Cons: The drop is really empty, it just needs a little sub bass in it (not gonna lie I didn't have it either for a while). The drop does get a little repetitive at times. The tempo change to faster at the end was kinda out of the blue, it needs to be more noticeable at the drop buildup. The ending is a little awkward, and sudden, you need a crash or something at the end. The GD sounds are kinda repetitively placed, and you know when there's going to be one.

I've been a bit harsh on you. It is a cool idea, and you have a great sense of melody, just attempt to fix those things from before, and you'll be golden.

Noticed that you aren't scouted yet, so took care of that for you.

As for the song, it's a little too slow to be DnB. Listen to ParagonX9 for some DnB to be inspired by. But instead of the genre, it actually sounds pretty cool, other than the piano being generic (easily fixed by using 4front piano). But the key you chose is good, you do have a great sense of melody. I can see you getting really far in the future. Overall 4/5

So... tagged under 'Geometry'? Is there something I don't know?

How did you make that snare? I want to know.
